Our Story and Passion
With humble beginnings in Columbia, our original founders worked to make a known Columbian troupe into a modern delicacy. We took a trip up to America, driven to show the cuisine to uncultured areas.
Founded by Akalyn Hellmann, Brothy of Life began as a dream to share the soul of Colombian cooking with the American community, combining passion and heritage into every serving, right here in Bogota, Texas.
Con orígenes humildes en Colombia, nuestros fundadores originales trabajaron para convertir una conocida compañía colombiana en un manjar moderno. Hicimos un viaje a Estados Unidos, con el objetivo de mostrar la cocina a zonas incultas. Fundado por Akalyn Hellmann, Brothy of Life comenzó como un sueño de compartir el alma de la cocina colombiana con la comunidad estadounidense, combinando pasión y herencia en cada porción, aquí mismo en Bogotá, Texas.
